WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return an item to us within 14 days after receiving your order. This also includes sale items. Please note that returning something to us is at your own expense, which means that return shipping costs will not be refunded.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Please send us a message via the contact form to let us know that you would like to (partially) return your order. You will receive an e-mail from us shortly afterwards with all required information regarding the return process, including the return form. Fill out the form and send it along inside the parcel, so that we can administrate and process your return as soon as possible. The return address is mentioned on the return form.

HOW DO I PACK MY RETURN?

Pack your return with care to avoid it from getting damaged during transit. All items must be returned in their original packaging. The tag(s) must still be attached and the item(s) must be in new and unused or unworn condition*. Pick a reliable carrier and choose tracked shipping to ensure traceability of the return. Shipping a return as a mailbox parcel without tracking is at the risk of the customer**.

*In case of depreciation caused by using the bought item beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and functioning of it, the customer is held responisible. OUTER SPACE WRLD reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds in these cases.

**Shipping returns with a tracking code is not mandatory. We do however highly recommend it. Without proof of shipping a return with a tracking code, you are not entitled to a refund in case of loss of the parcel.

WILL I GET A REFUND?

Yes, you will receive a full refund for the returned item(s). You will receive the refund within a maximum of seven working days after confirmation of the receipt of your return.

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?

You will receive a confirmation via email when we have received your return. Please keep the estimated shipping time in mind when returning your parcel with the same carrier that delivered your parcel*. If you have not received a confirmation of receipt from us within 48 hours after this time frame, please contact us. We kindly request you to mention the tracking link in your query.

*We strongly advise you to use the same carrier to arrange and ship your return. This is however not mandatory.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes. You can send in your return and place a new order for the item(s) you want in exchange.

If you have partially returned your order and the remaining order value is still qualified for free shipping, no shipping fee will be charged for your new shipment. To arrange this, please contact us via the contact form and inform us that you want to partially exchange your order, before placing the new order. We kindly request you to mention your original order number in the subject line.
