FAQ SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer shipping to 26 European countries. The shipping costs vary per country, just as the order amounts that enable free shipping. Here you can find an overview in which the shipping costs, free shipping conditions and estimated delivery days are listed per country*.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed on working days before 4 p.m. will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be shipped in 1-2 working days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we have received your order. From the moment your parcel has been collected by the carrier, the delivery usually takes place within the estimated delivery time that applies for the country where you are located.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, all our parcels are shipped by DPD, DHL or Homerr*. Once your parcel has been handed over to a service point, you will receive an e-mail from us to confirm that your parcel has been shipped. You will also receive an email with a tracking code from the carrier to track your parcel until it has been delivered.

*Homerr applies to Belgium and The Netherlands.

WHY AM I UNABLE TO SELECT HOMERR?

Homerr currently offers their service within the Netherlands and Belgium. If this expands in the future, we will definitely consider offering other options as well.

MY PARCEL SEEMS TO BE DELAYED. WHAT NOW?

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please check whether the tracking information shows updated information regarding the estimated delivery, as the tracking information is likely to be up to date. If the tracking does not show any recently updated information, please contact us via chat or by using the contact form.
