THE NETHERLANDS

Depending on the package size, a shipping fee of €3,95 or €4,95 (incl. VAT) is charged for orders below €75. Orders above €75 are free of shipping costs within the Netherlands.

 

Orders placed on working days before 4 p.m. will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be shipped in 1-2 working days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we have received your order.

 

All our parcels are shipped by DHL or DPD. Once your parcel has been handed over to a service point, you will receive a second e-mail from us to confirm that your parcel has been shipped. You will also receive an E-mail with a tracking code from the carrier, which you can use to track your parcel.

 

From the moment your parcel has been collected by the carrier it will be sorted, after which the delivery of the parcel will usually take place the next day*. If your parcel appears to be delayed, please check whether the tracking information shows updated information regarding the estimated delivery, as the tracking information is likely to be up to date. If the tracking does not display any updated information regarding the delivery, do not hesitate to contact us by using the contact form.

 

*Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays.

We offer shopping abroad within 24 other European countries. The shipping costs vary per country, just as the order amounts that enable free shipping. Here you can find an overview in which the shipping costs, free shipping conditions and estimated delivery days are listed per country.
